Thomas's practice focuses mainly on tax law and the law of companies and associations. 

He deals with issues relating to direct taxes (corporate tax, personal tax, corporate tax) and indirect taxes (VAT, registration tax and inheritance tax) and assists companies and individuals in both advisory and litigation matters. He has acquired particular expertise in tax optimisation in the field of intellectual property. 

He also assists companies and associations with their legal and statutory obligations and formalities, as well as with company acquisitions and restructuring operations.  

He is a member of the Walloon Brabant Bar

  • LLM degree, Free University of Brussels (ULB 2015, magna cum laude)
  • Additional Master’s degree in tax law, Free University of Brussels (ULB 2016, cum laude).
